The DIF

DIF (Individual Right to Training) gives you the opportunity to develop your professional skills. All employees in permanent full-time law in effect 20 hours of training per year, accumulated over 6 years, a maximum of 120 hours in order to improve their employability. For part-time employees, hours of training DIF is calculated on a pro rata basis.

Hours spent DIF training during working time are entitled to maintain your rémémunération in its entirety. Be made outside of working time are entitled to be paid a training allowance equal to 50% of your pay. This allowance is exempt from social security contributions.
